If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I am so grateful to Sweetwater Plumbing. I had a major plumbing emergency this morning where I had to shut off the main house water supply due to water flooding out from under one of our sinks. Sweetwater responded immediately and was able to get someone here right away. Scott was the plumber who came and he quickly determined the problem and was able to fix it. He was excellent and a genuinely nice person. The cost to repair was more than fair. I fully trust their integrity and pricing. To respond to a plumbing emergency in this manner is a rare thing these days. You can tell this business cares about their customers and the work that they perform. Highly recommend. Thank you again to Joe and Scott.

This is the second time I have dealt with Sweetwater and they have been amazing. This is the first time I have dealt with Scott and I would highly recommend Scott and Sweetwater to anyone with plumbing needs. I called around 9:30 this morning and Scott was at my house in less than an hour and had the issue resolved in less than an hour as well.

From the time I called into the company for them to fix a leak I was meet with kindness on the phone with Joe and he sent out 2 men who where very professional Scott Poteat and Justin gave complet details on what was going on. Sweetwater is the best.

Our family had a very positive experience with John and Sweetwater plumbing. The company has an excellent track record of good work and positive reviews from local builders which is why we decided to use them. Sweetwater was able to install our ice maker quickly and efficiently for a fair and reasonable amount. The plumbing technician even drove to the local True Hardware because Kitchenaid did not send one of the required drain hoses. Additionally he wore shoe guards every time he entered the home and was polite and courteous to my family. Could not recommend this company more. Highly satisfied customer 👍💯
